AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the daily production staff meeting to ensure that daily issues are resolved
• Set daily targets and oversee the execution
• Monitor shift reports and output, and actual results for the day

• Leadand contribute to continuous improvement projects
• Liaise with other BUs to coordinate improvement projects and ensure horizontal deployment

• Ensure all documents are available for audit and facilitate the audit process

Responsibilities:

• To support day to day shift duties, facility system operation, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities system, ensuring good system reliability and optimum efficiency
• Respond to feedback/issues and perform troubleshooting to restore/resume the operation back to normal
• Assist the Engineer in system improvement and modification projects
• Maintain proper records of maintenance-related documentation
• Assist the Engineer in the development and implementation of maintenance programs
• Coordinate contractor services for equipment maintenance, housekeeping activities
• Coordinate with Vendors to conduct mandatory servicing of facilities system and equipment
• Carry out all daily work activities complying with the applicable local government regulations, applicable corporate directives and applicable standards
• Inspect, identify and resolve issues of facilities system

• Provide administrative support to upkeep ISO or auditable documentation (i.e. ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, EAL6, Customers, etc)

Requirement:

Job Resposibilities :

• Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality.
• Support engineer to evaluate, set up, qualify, maintain and calibrate test system for operation to meet customer needs, equipment specifications.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance for all Testers as per schedule and support engineer in equipment qualification and release to production in meeting output, quality & reliability.
• Provide line and engineering support that include equipment conversion, repair, maintenance and operational issues to minimize equipment downtime in meeting output, quality and cycletime.
• Prepare daily engineering reports and preventive maintenance checklist for all testers and compilation on equipment conversion/ downtime and performance index
• Perform test equipment set-up / conversion for operation.
• Maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair all in-house test production equipments

• Assist Leaders / Engineers in driving on the productivity and cost control effective operation

Responsibilities:

• Introduce WLCSP new devices into mass production (concept, design, verification, validation, and manufacturing releases of new products)
• Lead and manage new product, ensure on time delivery as committed with the customer
• Works and communicates with customers to understand qualification requirements and expectations of the new product
• Translate customer's engineering build instructions to Special Work Request
• Review and delegate external specifications from customers pertaining to each device/product to relevant team
• Coordinate with Design and Process Engineering Team on the action items to ensure product is within the site capability and manufacturing flow

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of Product Engineering & NPI in Semiconductor industry

Responsibilities:

• Review, plan, manage and improve cost effective preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities system, ensuring good system reliability and optimum efficiency
• Support to develop AOP and manage expenses according to AOP

Requirement:

• Manage supplier quality issue and feedback COC/documentation errors to supplier, and follow up on the action with supplier, and containment action with internal engineering/ production team

Responsibilities

• Provide Incoming Dies visibility to the Factory for planning and execution
• Analyze customer forecast numbers and work with Customer to pull in dies to fulfill Forecast / AOP/Customer Shipment requirements
• Co-ordinate customers' loading and shipment priority within the Factory
• Provide instruction to Planning to execute orders and changes in priorities and orders
• Provide WIP status, ship-out plan and finished good information to customers

Job Description:

• Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities
• Support Process Engineers in monitoring line performance / quality / yield
• Monitor abnormal lots on daily basis
• Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification / evaluation activities
• Ensure that the line complies in all the quality procedures / controls / system implemented by Process Engineers
