Project implementation

HRIS Maintenance/Optimization

• Collaborate with Paris and affiliates to maintain/update timely the information in HRIS (including but not limited to HR4U, IDEAL, HRCount, Sogreat, etc.)

• Ensure integrity and consistency of information in HRIS and Global database as request

• Propose and implement framework for HRIS management in the region

• Prepare communication and trainings to support the users in the implementation of HRIS

• Work with affiliates to ensure all transactions are properly managed in terms of data accuracy

• Create new data values to ensure relevancy of job data for employee

• Identify and close all data gaps for critical employee information (division, job title, job/company admission date etc.)

Analyze environment and propose the strategy per activity

Job Description:

Enterprise Information Technology Support

• Provide user support on issues related to VISION workstations, Network matters, IP telephony, audio video equipment.
• Support ad hoc setup and support for conferencing and audio-visual presentation.
• Point of escalation for user support call to the corporate service desk
• Update and maintain the IT inventory in the CMDB database for the VISION infrastructure, accessories and user devices.
• Update and maintain all software licensing used exclusively by Plant and provision of user devices at Plant.

Industrial Information Technology Assistance

• Assist for Industrial Information Technology Systems projects when required.
• Provide technical assistance for Industrial IT equipment’s involved in the project.

• Update and maintain IT inventory in CMDB and CMMS for industrial infrastructure, accessories and user devices.

Maintenance

· Responsible for accuracy in cost simulation for finished products for Inland and Lub Marine

· Analyze the variance between MAP and cost simulation for key products on a monthly basis

• Able to modify the program using the Ladder Diagram and using Functional Block, able to do modification in the existing graphics and download the new graphics.
• Familiar with ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Hollysys PLC
• Receives Work Request via CMMS to execute E&I maintenance activities to be performed
• Dismantles/Troubleshoots electrical machinery and instrument components, and replaces defective electrical and instrument parts
• Installs and maintains various types of motors, motor control systems, control valves, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, transformers, etc.
• Installs and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacements
• Interprets Electrical single line drawings, schematics and perform work by these or verbal instructions provided by qualified person
• Lays out assembles, installs, tests repair, and adjusts electrical & instrument fixtures, apparatus, equipment wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit
• Mounts motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and completes circuits according to diagram specification
• Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments
• Troubleshoots and repairs electric controls, control valves and work Industrial System Engineer on all PLC and DCS controls
• Participate in Project related activities and coordinate E&I related works with appointed contractors
• Performs preventive maintenance on E&I equipment and instruments parts
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirement

• Education : Minimum ITE – NITEC Electrical Technology or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Expertise/Skill :

• Design, install, repair maintain, operate, inspect and test electrical or supply installations
• Knowledge of installation and maintaining of electrical switchboards
• Maintenance electrical and instrument installations in compliance with relevant codes of practice for electrical and instrument installations, and other related statutory requirements
• Produce electrical installation layout and single-line diagrams
• Install and maintain electrical rotating machines, associated control circuits and equipment
• Install and maintain data wiring systems
• Knowledge of Lubricant’s related equipments will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Project Management will be also an added advantage
• Must be able to speak, read and write English

Knowledge : Good computer literacy. Ability to think out of the box, to come out with good initiative to assist maintenance team to achieve good engineering solution and increase reliability of plant equipments.

General:

· The incumbent has the following responsibilities:

o Management and supervise the team and take ownership of all financing related matters associated with the projects in the area

o Support all entities in Asia, including review of valuation (deal cash flow projections …), across the region

o Manage with the head of Structured Finance the relationships management with financial institutions for its perimeter

o Manage and execute external financing processes for Asia,

o Execute Single-Asset M&A transactions with the M&A team,

o Coordinate with the Branch and Group (OFL).

Specifically:

· Financings:

o Ensure that adequate support is being provided to Business Development to assess the project economics of new opportunities (including. the development of financial models),

o In full coordination with Legal, Compliance and Business Developments, ensure the Projects that are being developed are bankable and financeable,

o Lead the early Identification of sources of financing and structures thereof available to projects (using recourse, limited-recourse, full recourse debt structures),

o Lead the structuring, financing and re-financing of renewables projects, and ultimately assume full responsibility for any debt raised

o Drive the negotiations with financing institutions,

o Work with cross-functional teams and Business entities to ensure timely completion of valuations, diligence and integration planning

· OFL:

o Assist the Business entities in presenting their projects to OFL ahead of any CDREN/ CRGRP or COMEX,

o Maintain and develop close relationship with financing institutions in full collaboration with the Group OFL Department.

· Market intelligence:

o Provide debt financing market intelligence through regular market contacts.

· Human resources:

o Direct, supervise and develop the personnel assigned according to the Group policy and objectives, whether this personnel is in the central REN team or dedicated to the business entities (individual and team objectives, annual performance appraisals, training programs, development plans, salary increases and bonuses), in coordination with business entities when applicable.

Experience & Qualifications

· The Incumbent is expected to have a range of competencies and experience including:

· A University degree at a Degree/Master level, completed by experience of the banking environment for renewables project financing,

· Diplomacy and negotiation skills,

· Autonomy in a demanding high-growth/ high pace environment,

· Experience project economics and asset management methods,

· An understanding of applicable the Group procedures and processes, as well as its organization.

Transversal collaboration and internal processes

· Supervises more junior members of the team in the elaboration of internal committee presentations to senior management in relation to internal committees decision

· Acts as a resource person for more junior members of the Structured Financing Team

· Regularly shares experiences and knowledge with the team to continuously improve the quality of investment management and transactions completed

· Works on a cross-functional basis with other teams of the TotalEnergies Group

Building and running project financial models

· Ensures that adequate support is being provided to Business Development to assess the project economics of new opportunities.

· Supervises junior members of the team in the elaboration of financial models developed and maintained for each project

· Works with cross-functional teams and Business entities to ensure timely completion of valuations, due diligence and integration planning, proposes standard reference valuation models

Bankability analysis ( including the structuring of the project and the project documentation)

· In full coordination with internal divisions (notably tax and accounting, legal..) and external advisors,, lead the various due diligence with the objective to confirm a sound risk allocation for the projects, in line with the project finance/structured finance practice

· Leads the early identification of sources of financing and structures of available to projects (using recourse, limited-recourse, full recourse debt structures)

Financing process

· Leads the structuring, financing and re-financing of renewables projects

· Drives the negotiations with financing institutions

Managing restructured projects on the economic and financial aspects

· Identifies opportunities of assets rotations, monetization of committed projects, equity injection into renewables projects

Experience & Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years (AD/ VP or equivalent level) of relevant experience in project finance / direct investment in the infrastructure / renewables sector

· Extensive knowledge of the renewables market. Offshore wind knowledge will be a plus

· Bachelor degree in finance or economics

· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly, in both oral and written forms

· Capable of advancing multiple work streams simultaneously, autonomy

· Fluency in English, experience working in multi-cultural / multi-site environment
