Job Description:

• Pick up workers from dormitories and drop them at various job sites at the scheduled time daily (To and Fro).
• Delivery and collection of materials as and when needed.
• In charge of all inspections and daily checks on vehicles and maintaining cleanliness.
• Ensure the vehicle complies with safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Class 4 driving licence/ Vocational licence (BDVL)
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Positive work attitude and ability to work independently
• Physically Fit

Job Description:

• Process and handle delivery order
• Source for vendors, compare quotations, negotiate with vendors
• Ensure all materials and subcontracts are procured and awarded at the best price.
• Coordinate closely between the internal & external clients/vendors on the delivery schedule.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree specialized in Purchasing & Material Management or equivalent.
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Good communication & negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and pricing
• Perform measurement/taking off quantities for Bills of Quantity, cost planning, costing, and cost control
• Preparing quotations and follow-up.
• Liaise and negotiate with internal departments and client representatives on interim progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlement.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Building / Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Prefer with 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
• Must be computer literate.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good teamwork.

Job Description

• To assist the Project Manager in planning and supervision works.
• To assist the Project Manager to liaise with consultants and clients.
• To Coordinate subcontract works.
• To assist in site administration.
• To assist in the coordination and management of assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with working experience in the construction industry
• Autocad skills and Computer knowledge
• Good personality, independent, self-motivated, and able to work as a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight schedules
