What you'll do:

Who you are:

We deliver features to improve our clients' abilities to make real-time decisions and troubleshoot campaigns with simple-to-use interfaces and high-performance data interactions. To improve our users’ day-to-day lives, we collaborate closely with user experience and product management organizations to ensure consistent, modern designs as well as the right balance of requirements. Our frontend developers work up and down the stack (client to server) to deliver these world-class experiences.

Some of the work that you will be doing to help us deliver on our mission is:

· Design, build, deliver and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production

· Demonstrate a firm grasp of the entire software development lifecycle

· Drive complex changes involving multiple components

· Deliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics and monitoring

· Collaborate with team members to deliver features

· Guide and review changes to product features in line with product roadmaps

· Implement and maintain product features

· Build components and processes that are regularly used by others

· Build execution plans incorporating user data, observations and market insight

· Validate changes to ensure high quality product releases

· Work in a distributed system environment

· Understand the business objectives behind the code

· Understand system architecture fundamentals through self-directed learning

• Advocate for the value of programmatic advertising in industry events and client meetings across Southeast Asia
• Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
• Deepen and expand existing relationships across Southeast Asia
• Explore, identify and close new business across Southeast Asia
• Define & execute strategies and action plans to achieve annual revenue goals
• Acquire, build, and cultivate relationships with senior leadership
• Collaborate with Client Service to identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
• Coordinate global account discussions and take lead for local activation
• Work cross functionally to create a best-in market offering with feedback of your clients' needs

Who you are

• Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
• Around 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing ecosystem
• Programmatic platform sales and outbound experience highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
• Existing relationships with decision-makers at Agency Clients
• Strong leadership and team management demonstrated in past experience
