YOUR MISSION
Position Summary:
Reporting to the AR/AP Supervisor, the incumbent will provide day-to-day support to the broad operations group while assisting and coordinating specific activities, including but not limited to the following:
Major Responsibilities:
Efficiently process accounts, incoming payments, and financial transactions in compliance with policies and procedures.
Handle the preparation and management of bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
Conduct reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and accurately posted.
Address and resolve any discrepancies, client billing issues, and customer service inquiries related to collection.
Proactively facilitate invoice payments by sending reminders and directly contacting clients.
Generate and analyze financial statements and reports to detail accounts receivable status.
Engage in basic financial/business analysis, job costing, pricing, and forecasting, including preparation of relevant reports, graphs, and charts.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate accounting standards/policies, and continuous improvement practices.
Maintain clean accounts receivable subledgers and customer account balances.
Coordinate with Operations Departments, sales, and management to accelerate the collection process.
Perform routine accounting duties and handle various sub-ledger accounting projects as needed.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume corporate collections or full-cycle accounting experience.
Active pursuit of CPA designation or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with superior Excel technical skills.
Knowledge of billing, collections procedures, and accounts receivable processes.
Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented mentality, and commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent time management, written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is an asset.
Familiarity with Visual Manufacturing software and training in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and ISO is preferred.

5+ years’ experience in Electrical Distribution product sales (Data Center market segment prefer) to a diverse group of Direct Customers, Electrical Contractors and/or Wholesale Distributors using both direct sales teams and manufacturing reps.
Experience selling Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards.
Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management
Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate team members
Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and sales plan.
Proven track record of profitable growth.
Basic knowledge to work with Power BI, Microsoft Teams, Excel, forecasting and reporting software.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Global Trade Compliance Director, Primary role is to ensure compliance with policies and procedures for supply chain security and trade as related to imports and exports worldwide. Role is to function as support point of contact for Customs and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and CTPAT profiles and will communicate directly with the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Supply Chain Security Specialists (SCSS). Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the VP of Corporate Human Resources will serve as a key partner to the CFO, CAO, CIO, GC, VP RBS, VP BD and VP Strategic Sourcing. This is a strategic and hands-on role that is responsible for leading the corporate function’s global human resources function and defining, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to enable RRX’s corporate functions to lead the enterprise in achieving organic growth and profitability.
The VP of Corporate Human Resources also serves as a key partner to the CHRO and active member of the Regal Rexnord’s Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT).
