PURPOSE OF THE JOB

L Beauty is a Joint Venture between LVMH (French group) and Luxasia (Singaporean group) in charge of the distribution of 5 brands of LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics products in South-East Asia Local Markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore & Vietnam).

Within MAKE UP FOR EVER Brand, the Brand analyst is supporting the Regional Controller and Sales & Marketing team to provide accurate information to drive the business; she/he will be involved in various business controlling aspects of the brand and interacting often with the countries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain databases on Retail and Net Sales, and provide analysis

• Business reporting and controlling
  1. Deliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly Sell-in and Sell-out reports for the SEAO region.
  2. Timely tracking of retail and sales performance against targets, identifying gaps, and collaborating with teams to develop and implement action plans to meet targets.
  3. Coordinate and manage monthly net sales estimates, analyzing variances against the budget and reporting to headquarters.
  4. Deliver insightful monthly flash reports on business sales performance,
  5. Own standard reporting processes, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time while continuously seeking improvements.
  6. Prepare monthly management reports with detailed commentaries on variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.

  1. Assist the Business Controller in the forecast process for budgets, revised budgets, and projections, enhancing & refreshing templates.
  2. Perform detailed analysis on appropriate focuses on for the business (trend per door, sales seasonality, stock-holding, CAPEX…)
  3. Support the system upload.
  4. Consolidate part of the forecasting information when required.
  5. Joint responsibility with SEA Business Controller to maintain cost control for TH & SG, and to provide relevant reports and rationale.

  1. Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the controlling function.
  2. Develop and track new business key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Continuously improve operational processes by identifying areas for automation and standardization, enhancing cross-reporting capabilities.
  4. Collaborate closely with brand managers, local controllers, and accounting teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various finance and regulatory initiatives.

  1. Be responsible for full stock take in Singapore boutique (prepare prior financial reconciliation, participate in the counting, ensure guidelines are followed, check system adjustments…)
  2. Ensure Retail Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and followed.

Main Responsibilities

• BENEFIT management and subsidiaries (6 markets) key contact for SEA local markets business activities :
  • Guide and support the regional and local teams in business analysis and decision-making (local report, specific HQ report…).
  • Share actual and budget activities with BENEFIT HQ, APAC/SEA/L Beauty/Asia region, and local teams
  • Refine appropriate analysis to be set up for SEA, in coordination with business needs, existing JV frame, and HQ requirements.

  • Work closely with local (GMs and finance), regional, JV, and HQ teams and develop excellent knowledge of BENEFIT SEA markets operating environment.
  • Analyze the overall delivery of company financial targets regularly and make recommendations to the business as necessary, including P&Ls and Cash flow drivers (Stocks, Capex…)
  • Evaluate the profitability of the brand by market and for the total region
  • Analyze the business risk and prepare backup plan for business target achievement

The Regional Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager role is to support APAC Regions on their VM execution.

She/He will support the markets in translating the marketing plan into a Visual Merchandising reality, by overseeing both VM execution in opening of new doors and new concepts, while ensuring a perfect follow up of the VM updates by issuing clear guidelines & building strong relationship with local VM teams.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES _________

REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES

• Act as a brand guardian, make sure the brand standard will be followed in the very best way possible throughout.
• To orchestrate & maximize the Visual Merchandising on Dior’s marketing launches & architectural projects
• To collaborate closely with Central VM team, Regional Retail Design team & Marketing team to prepare the Regional Soft Merchandising Guidelines

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The incumbent will be responsible for all CRM activities and Skincare product management for Indonesia. • Assist in designing and creating visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS in SEA markets and to manage the production and delivery to stores

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an open-minded and enthusiastic intern to join our regional merchandising team. During this internship, you’ll be work with the VM Manager on the management of all visual merchandising, retail excellence and delegated store design activity associated with the delivery of the VM strategy and new store openings. Responsible for guaranteeing maximum qualitative visual impact of the brand at each point of sale in line with brand DNA and local strategy. Creation and implementation of launch and permanent merchandising tools and guidelines, consistently executed across both Travel Retail and Local Market in APAC.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Visual Merchandising team on daily administrative tasks and specific projects
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising such as developing key launch concepts, researching materials, and preparing APAC display designs
• Work closely with Retail Design, Brand Marketing teams, Design Agencies, Contractors, and Vendors to enhance POS retail excellence

Animations/Events

• Design support on SPP or small podiums on sketch-up, depending on skills sets

Regional pricing strategy & execution

· Support the development & execution of pricing strategies across local and travel retail markets spanning Asia Pacific in collaboration with Guerlain HQ and commercial teams.

· Conduct regular analysis & reporting of pricing competitiveness across key markets to assess impact of currency fluctuations and promotional campaigns

Analytics & business intelligence

· Deliver actionable insights on key macro-economic, market & competition trends impacting our performance across APAC.

· Consolidate business and retail performance KPIs for regular reporting to HQ and regional management stakeholders.

· Employ key business insights & analysis to prepare forecasting for operational management & annual budget planning requirements.

Strategic planning and project management

· Support preparation for top management meetings, including annual budget meetings, business reviews, market visits, COMEX presentations, etc.

And any other topics as assigned.

1. Create and execute complex makeup looks for corporate events, both in-store and external venues, under the supervision of a Regional Training Manager or Retail Manager.

2. Prepare and co-facilitate collective makeup classes for internal beauty consultants and generic beauty consultants under beauty retailers (ie. Sephora), in alignment with the retail education plan.

3. Provide individual coaching to colleagues on makeup techniques, emphasizing brand priorities and editorial standards.

4. Engage and animate the beauty consultant community by sharing technical tips, market trends, and competitive benchmarks.

5. Share feedback and best practices with peers during collective meetings to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.

6. Provide feedback to managers on store actions, customer satisfaction, competitor activities, and achievement of KPIs and goals.

7. Partner with Retail Manager to develop and optimize sell-out strategies, monitoring performance against KPIs and goals.

8. Cultivate brand loyalty among customers and enrich the CRM database.

9. Maintain customer relationships through clienteling activities, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and objectives.

10. Welcome and cultivate customer relationships reflective of the brand's selling ceremonies and values.

11. Build support and loyalty among retailer teams through effective communication and collaboration.
