2. Deal Pipeline Management: You'll be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. This involves tracking and prioritising leads, managing sales activities and communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline efficiently.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development: You'll conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends. Based on your findings, you'll collaborate with the team to develop strategic plans to capitalise on these opportunities and drive growth.
4. Conversion Rate Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimise conversion rates, leveraging your strategic insights to drive results.
5. Preparation of tailored proposals and other sales collaterals that address the pain points of our leads and that aligns with their needs and priorities.
6. Data Hygiene and CRM Management: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our CRM platform and other applicable platforms, ensuring that our insights are reliable and actionable.
7. Residency Agreement Drafting: Ensure that all residency agreements drafted are clear, accurate, and comprehensive.
8. Contract Renewals: Facilitate the renewal of contracts for existing residents, leveraging your expertise to nurture relationships and secure long-term partnerships.

In this role, you are at the core of our business and will play a pivotal part in influencing our pricing and sales strategy i.e. revenue strategy (based on industry best practices) to achieve your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will be responsible for our biggest revenue driver and, through consultative selling, acquire high-value residents, as well as retain and grow our existing community of top health and wellness professionals.
You will drive strategic analysis and insights, making critical recommendations in key decisions for our business. You will also be responsible for team management and have the ability to give clear direction to your team and drive their performance so that they can achieve their KPIs and CAs (Critical Actions).
We need someone who is not afraid to think outside the box, shake things up, and bring their A-Game to the table.

As a product intern, you will be working on Core Collective’s new Customer Management System (CMS) which is a combination of three products - Resident Mobile Application, Member Mobile Application and the Admin Panel. The responsibility of the intern coming into this role is to focus on conducting testing for all three software products to ensure that they are fit for purpose.
