Role:

The Supplier Quality Associate Engineer is responsible for inspection of new part, and advance inspection planning for NPI projects. He / She is also the interface between the internal factories globally in terms of material quality. The incumbent is required to work closely with supplier quality engineers in Asia and Europe.

We are hiring a facilities engineer to be part of a dynamic facilities management team responsible for the operation and maintenance, modification and replacement works of the building’s mechanical and electrical systems.

Description

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and supply of utilities (e.g. Electricity, Water, Air Conditioning) to support company operations.
• Responsible for operations and maintenance of facilities related equipment and system e.g. Chilled Water System, ACMV, Compressed Dry Air System, Fire Protection System, Electrical Distribution System, Lifts, Platforms and Cranes etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role:

Process Engineer will support and drive quality control and root cause investigations for both internal (IQC) and external (OTB and customer defect) findings. Both types of findings require working closely with various departments such as Supplier Quality, Production, Quality Management and RND. He/she is responsible to coordinate for short term containment as well as recommending appropriate improvements for prevention of recurrence.

Process Engineer is responsible for the process control of assigned product and using statistical process control methods, he/she is required to review and analyse data to ensure process stability. He/she will develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and resolving bottlenecks at the root cause. Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance with ISO9001 standards. He/she is required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.

As a stakeholder in Product Sustaining Group (PSG), he/she will support PSG in technical queries for manufacturing process when required. He/she will contribute to the review and approval of engineering changes, provide recommendations of improvements and ensuring change is implemented in Production/System Acceptance.
