What you will do
Under general direction, responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of complete building control systems including fire, security, and other low voltage control sub-systems (i.e., lighting, nurse call, data networks, etc.) to meet the intent of the project requirements. Accountable to field teams for quality, timeliness and efficiency of designs. Develops complex software programs, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure proper operations of the building control system. Provides detailed information and submittals to communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, Johnson Controls field installation team and subcontractors

Coordinates and creates of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
Selects, orders, and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned projects. Coordinate’s factory-mounting processes to meet factory and project schedule.
Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
Provides field change information to the project team for the creation of as-built drawings and software.
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
Assists in performing site-specific training for owner / operator on the total building control system.
Participates in release meeting with project field team.
Performs value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction. May provide work direction to Systems Design Assistants. Adheres to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety
What we look for
Required
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Prefers someone with a Mechanical/Electrical degree even if no experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of the construction industry or HVAC industry.
Experience working with building low voltage systems.
Ability to relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly computer-related drafting tools.
Open to a recent graduate with a Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree.
Preferred
BA Degree in Engineering.
Demonstrated knowledge of the control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems.
Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols.

What you will do
We are hiring a Market Cash Leader in our business center. This individual works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers and is responsible for report development and preparation, analysis, preparing the input to financial presentations and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.
The Market Cash Leader assists the Regional Controller and the Regional Management Team in driving business results (Trade Working Capital targets). Coordinates the planning and reporting of financial results consistent with long-term business objectives. Provides training, counseling, and support to Regional Teams on a wide variety of business/financial issues to ensure adequate internal controls and satisfactory performance. The Market Cash Leader reports into the BT & S, Finance Organization and works closely with the BT & S operations and finance staff across Johnson Controls.

Schedules AR Calls to follow up and drives activities to close out open items.
Assigns ownership as required to close out disputes.
Researches and identifies key drivers on the top negative cash flow jobs in every Branch team.
This position requires partnership with a large and diverse teams of accounting professionals, that manage all of our accounting processes (Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, General Ledger)
Researches and identifies key drivers on the under billed jobs in every Branch team.
Monitors legal collections, particularly with any local outside council. Provides a status summary to the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director.
Assists the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director in conducting Trade Working Capital financial performance reviews. The review will include DSO, Under Billed metrics, Aged AR and Collection performance. Identifies root causes impacting performance.
Prepares and reports on the status of disputes in the Area, including time to resolve, and the identification of root causes.
Completes a quarterly audit on Accounts Payable to ensure we are not paying early.
Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, establishes collection goals to achieve Trade Working Capital targets.
Identifies barriers impacting cash collections. Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, proposes solutions including recommended training.
Reviews monthly financial results and business metrics for the region. Identifies issues and proposes corrective actions to the Regional Controller.
Assists with monthly regional performance reviews including reviewing the backlog of work, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
Identifies best business practices and facilitates the propagation of these practices to other regions.

What you will do
Under direct supervision, tracks and provides direct support for the planned service agreement renewal process. Actively participates in accounts receivable activities such as collections and new customer authorizations. Provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Provides administrative, day to day support in the service operational areas.
How you will do it
1. May be responsible for the scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of the touch point plans and the contract renewal life cycle process with the account owners. Escalate issues to appropriate individuals for timely follow-up as required. May require direct interaction with customers for follow-up to secure purchase orders or to meet special invoicing conditions.
2. Updates the Service delivery plans as required by team.
3. Runs query reports, researches, and reconciles unaligned costs, such as labor hours, material purchases, expenses and other service-related transactions.
4. May prepare and submit service billings in a special invoice format as defined by individual customer account special handling requirements.
5. Reconciliation of accounts payable exceptions as necessary.
6. Researches, resolves, or escalates accounts receivable disputes as outlined in the escalation process. If needed, will interact with Customer to resolve receivable issues. Processes invoice credits and re-bills, as necessary. Proactively contacts customers ensure customer satisfaction and a commitment to pay.
7. Updates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates up to date.
8. Support inventory control process including updating equipment asset transactions.
9. Assist CSAs in resolution of warranty/SD warranty issues.
10. Provide additional service administration support, as required.

What you will do

What you will do
The Service Representative is critical to the overall growth and profitability of the HVAC Service business! The chosen candidate will be responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable service relationships between new customers and JCI. Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements as the key building block for establishing these relationships. The salesperson will work within an assigned geographic territory, working as part of a local branch office and teaming with sales and operations professionals within the branch. Uses sales tools to plan and document sales progress as well as increase business opportunity in current accounts. Expected to obtain and close business on a monthly basis.
How you will do it
Follows a disciplined and professional process to identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; takes advantage of market conditions and networks effectively to uncover new leads and contacts.
Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments. Builds a referral network to identify new customers.
Conducts sales calls designed to identify key sources of problems and/or dissatisfaction confronting Facility Directors in operating and maintaining heating/cooling, ventilation and control system equipment.
Develops a sense of urgency to resolve needs and positions Johnson Controls as the supplier of choice. Proposes solutions to prospective customers needs through creative and innovative application of local branch service capabilities with a focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements with an emphasis on digital service offerings, sustainability, and decarburization. Understands the customer's business and speaks their language.
Reviews and finalizes proposals with prospects and secures their commitment to the Johnson Controls solution.
Conducts customer kick-off meetings, resolves customer issues, creates pull-through opportunities, maintains service agreements, extends service agreements and supports the collections process.
Keeps management informed of progress and account status using the Johnson Controls Salesforce.com tool and other means. Knows when to call for assistance from management to keep the sales process moving.
Develops and implements territory marketing plans consistent with the Johnson Controls Building Solutions business strategy. Attends and presents at trade shows. Participates in professional organizations.
Represents Johnson Controls professionally by conducting business according to the highest standards of quality, pride, integrity, and performance.

What you will do
Perform HVAC Control systems programming, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and preventative maintenance as it is related to mechanical, electrical, and low voltage controls components.
Respond to service and warranty calls using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools as well as a variety of hand tools including electrical testing meters and other electronic testing equipment.
Provide front line technical and repair support through effective communications with Johnson Controls customers.

What you will do
This is a mechanical HVAC service and repair position.
We will equip you with the required tools to perform your job at the highest standard.
How you will do it
Probationary Employees shall perform mechanical equipment service and all other work coming under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer, limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, and shall perform all assigned work under the direction of the Employer. Troubleshoot, performs maintenance, and resolve equipment issues. Responds to basic calls for service. Keeps JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.
What we look for
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent or currently enrolled in an HVAC certificate program.
Familiarity with HVAC equipment (residential or light commercial)
The ability to perform general building maintenance
Self-starter with ability to work independently
This position requires a current driver's license
Willingness to supplement on-the-job training.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with HVAC related applications and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.…)
Preferred
EPA Refrigeration certification a plus
Pay Range: $20.49-22.00 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.

What you will do
We are hiring a Market Cash Leader in our business center. This individual works in a multi-disciplinary team of other peers and is responsible for report development and preparation, analysis, preparing the input to financial presentations and other projects requested. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making.
The Market Cash Leader assists the Regional Controller and the Regional Management Team in driving business results (Trade Working Capital targets). Coordinates the planning and reporting of financial results consistent with long-term business objectives. Provides training, counseling, and support to Regional Teams on a wide variety of business/financial issues to ensure adequate internal controls and satisfactory performance. The Market Cash Leader reports into the BT & S, Finance Organization and works closely with the BT & S operations and finance staff across Johnson Controls.

Schedules AR Calls to follow up and drives activities to close out open items.
Assigns ownership as required to close out disputes.
Researches and identifies key drivers on the top negative cash flow jobs in every Branch team.
This position requires partnership with a large and diverse teams of accounting professionals, that manage all of our accounting processes (Accounts
Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, General Ledger)
Researches and identifies key drivers on the under billed jobs in every Branch team.
Monitors legal collections, particularly with any local outside council. Provides a status summary to the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director.
Assists the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director in conducting Trade Working Capital financial performance reviews. The review will include DSO, Under Billed metrics, Aged AR and Collection performance. Identifies root causes impacting performance.
Prepares and reports on the status of disputes in the Area, including time to resolve, and the identification of root causes.
Completes a quarterly audit on Accounts Payable to ensure we are not paying early.
Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, establishes collection goals to achieve Trade Working Capital targets.
Identifies barriers impacting cash collections. Working with the Regional Cash Leader and Finance Director, proposes solutions including recommended training.
Reviews monthly financial results and business metrics for the region. Identifies issues and proposes corrective actions to the Regional Controller.
Assists with monthly regional performance reviews including reviewing the backlog of work, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
Identifies best business practices and facilitates the propagation of these practices to other regions.
What we look for
Required
Minimum a bachelor’s degree (Accounting / Finance Preferred)
6+ years in Finance / Accounting
Wide knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivables, general accounting, and Inventory.
Solid business understanding of Accounts Receivables, collections and associated metrics, cash flow metrics, Trade Working Capital, POC Revenue vs
Billings
Ability to support, monitor, and report financial results in a multi-location field operation.
Able to prepare basic Trade Working Capital financial statements.
Working understanding of legal collections.
Understand inventory, cycle counting, and interpret inventory trends.
Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to communicate with a range of audiences and personalities.
Shared services or customer contact center background and experience preferred.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills.
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Must be organized, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
ERPs (SAP, iScala, Oracle), HFM preferred.
