IQVIA is currently looking to hire a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Management to join our Clinical Supply Chain Services group manages and provides oversight to a team of Clinical Supply Chain Managers to ensure effective delivery of clinical supply chain projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the line management of a team of Clinical Supply Chain Managers
• Handles all aspects of their team’s performance and development including setting and reviewing of goals and development objectives
• Participates in clinical supply chain management people recruitment activities for regional team
• Responsible for resource management and allocation of team members to projects
• Mentors other clinical supply chain team members to aid their personal development as required
• Ensures that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics
• Ensure direct reports demonstrate working knowledge of Estimate at Completion (EAC), baseline and change control in terms of scope, budget, schedule and risk/issue management
• Monitor the EAC data provided for assigned group of Supply Chain Managers to ensure revenue budgets and forecasts are kept current
• Train and onboard new-hired Supply Chain Managers on process and procedures
• Responsible for the financial management and budgeting activities associated to the operation of their team and awarded projects
• Assists with the creation and/or review and approval of service-related customer quotations
• Supports process improvement opportunities and proactively seeks efficiencies
• Supports client bid defence meetings where required
• Acts as a point of escalation for any required issue resolution
• Participate in function and/or corporate initiatives as required
• Proactively manage risks linked to resourcing, project and/or individual needs with other management and leadership team members to manage study issues and obstacles
• Lead and/or actively participate in corporate initiatives
• Act as departmental cross-functional liaison and/or change agent
• Provide technical expertise and project management experience
• Drives the uptake of key strategic initiatives and vendor partnerships where applicable
• Actively champions and preserves important relationships with key strategic partners both internally and externally
• Advises and inputs on strategies suited to the protocol requirements whilst ensuring optimisation of supply plans
• Provides operational oversight to assigned clinical supply chains to ensure the service meets all key milestones on-time, within budget and to a high standard of quality
• Remain up to date in all GxP and regulatory requirements applicable to the role

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in supply chain management, experience in clinical supply will be ideal.
• Supply forecasting and distribution strategy experience from a global, complex supply chain organization within the clinical trials, biopharma, pharmaceutical or CMO industry.
• Knowledge in design, setup, maintenance and close-out of clinical trial supply chains will be an advantage.
• Demonstrate good project management skills.
• Ability to lead effective teams.
• Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication and direction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).

The responsibility of a personal driver is to convey the employer, family members to places as instructed. This incorporates driving him or her to work and occasions.

Key Responsibilities

It involves him to spend time on the below priorities

1) Fetch kids to school or enrichment

2) Cars maintenance, inclusive of daily washing, vacuumed and clean interior, Send for inspection and repair;

3) Banking, Laundry or Supermarket matters

4) Errands for office needs

Requirements

§ Able to work long hours including weekends, and be available on call.

§ Tidy at all times; practice punctuality and alertness, responsibility and courtesy.

§ Only non-smoker need to apply

§ Any other adhoc duties as assigned

§ At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an office environment

§ Candidates with prior experience will have added advantage

§ Proficient in spoken English language
