The General Caregiver Support Social Worker's primary function is to provide direct clinical, evidence-based services and interventions to the caregivers and Veterans served by the Program. These clinical duties include, but are not limited to:

The incumbent in this position functions as the Oklahoma City VA Case Manager for the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program, within the Social Work Service Line. The HCHV Liaison is responsible for monitoring and coordinating services provided by community-based programs funded under VA's Homeless Providers Contract Housing Program. The HCHV Liaison is also the key point of contact between these community-based providers and the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center.

The HCHV Liaison is a Senior Social worker who has the experience that demonstrates possession of advanced practice skills and judgment. At least two years should be in an area of specialized social work practice. The advanced practice social worker can be differentiated from the independent practice social worker by their ability to expand clinical knowledge in the profession, provide consultation and guidance to colleagues, role model effective social work practice skills, teach or provide orientation to less experienced social workers, develop innovations in practice interventions, and provide clinical supervision for social work licensure or certification.

Other duties may include, but are not limited to:

• The HCHV Liaison works in coordination with the HCHV Program team to provide seamless system of healthcare services under the supervision of the HCHV Program Coordinator.
• Will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and as such, will make recommendations about contract renewal to the VISN (Veterans Integrated Service Network) Contracting Office.

• Develops, recommends and implements marketing plans, including targeted key messages, information dissemination methods, and optimum communication vehicles. Develops and recommends effective, research driven marketing strategies for agency programs, products, and messages.
• Working with leveraged partners, reviews and analyzes taxpayers' financial information, and methods to recommend alternatives for filing and payment of federal taxes.

• Coordinates with such functions as Compliance, Electronic Tax Administration, Communication and Liaison, and other functions to publicize IRS programs and promote organizational effectiveness. Creates and disseminates news releases, newsletters, flyers, bulletins, media events, web pages, product lines, or other marketing promotions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Customer Development

• Monitor customer’s evolving needs, ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship
• Ensure satisfactory after sales service is provided to clients and provide regular communications between the client and team, to provide strong team representation to meet the customer’s expectations.
• Act on Customer complaints & inquiries with urgency and importance following the company SOPs and 2/24 promise
• Act on all enquiries from prospects and existing customers.
• Act on all leads from members of the staff, customers or members of the public;
• Call on potential and existing clients; make investment calls;
• Conduct a complete survey by ensuring all pertinent details are clearly stated;
• Ensure sales Key Performance Index (KPI) are met;
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are complied with, quality standards are met, and that sales are viable.
• Ensure that client issues are dealt with an efficient manner, informing the management of any problems that may arise.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop counter measures.
• Take charge of speed and quality of response to changing customer needs, market conditions and competitor activity is critical to our success.
• Understand the functions of other departments to facilitate information and knowledge flow.
• Manage customer’s account in ensuring good credit status and liaise with the credit controllers on effective cash collection to customers.

Sales/ Service Efficiency

• Achieve the agreed sales target.
• Respond to and save terminations, pulling any required resources together to achieve retention.
• Sell according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list and discount structure or as approved by the management.
• Ensure use of sales kits and sell professionally.

Credit Management

• Drive cash collection as one of important aspects within the CD team, ensuring the DSO targets are achieved consistently across the customer base.
• Actively involve with customers to ensure credit is kept within the targeted guidelines of the business.
• Assist with the collection of debts and credit issues.
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days

Administration and Policy Directive

• Ensure all required documents are in order for New Business, Renewals and Jobs Sales prior to service or treatment.
• Develop, recommend and implement policies that would increase productivity thereby realizing and achieving sales targets, reduce customer complaints, and controls that would minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.

About the role

Customer Success Rep helps existing customers successfully onboard, adopt, and expand their usage of public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms. Customer engagements are managed in an inside sales model, with a combination of outbound and account management tactics. In addition to building strong transactional and strategic customer relationships, successfully manages relationships with technology providers, direct and channel sales partners, and solutions/sales engineers.

The role is a trusted advisor to customers, working cross-functionally across customer departments (i.e., Marketing, Finance, IT, Back Office, etc.). The best maximizes platform adoption for clients by implementing use cases in multiple departments, broadening the user base while deepening the application stack.

The organization provides products, processes, systems, and sales training to develop the skills for current and future roles. Recommended Experiences and Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Customer Success, Customer Service, and/or Information Technology

Microsoft Certification / any Microsoft business experiences will be an added advantage

Express desire to develop a career in technology sales

Ability to meet and/or exceed specific sales goals (i.e., revenue, pipeline, activity, customer retention, etc.)
