Lead the bar team in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences that reflect true luxury hospitality
Design and execute a creative, seasonal cocktail program, incorporating local ingredients and global trends
Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented to the highest quality and consistency standards
Create a warm, engaging atmosphere at the bar, especially in guest-facing and interactive environments
Manage all bar operations including inventory, cost control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain a bar that is impeccably clean, organised, and compliant with all hygiene and safety standards
Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Collaborate closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless food and beverage experience
Handle cash and credit transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evolving the bar concept and offerings
What We Need From You
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and global mixology trends
Creativity and a passion for developing innovative beverage concepts
Excellent communication skills warm, engaging, and confident with guests
Strong organisational and financial awareness (cost control, stock management)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Compliance with local laws on alcohol service and food safety
Fluency in English is required
