JOB DESCRIPTION: -

To assist department to prepare and update all the related documents for safety.
Implement, monitor and maintain safety and environmental management system (EMS) in the company.
Monitor and ensure company’s conformance with applicable legislation requirement of Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974.
Develop training plan and conduct safety and environmental programs and trainings to all employees.
Coordinate internal and external audit.
Oversee Schedule Waste Management System and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct safety and environmental meeting with committees.
Assist and support in maintaining IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System / ISO14000:2015.
Resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues with necessary corrective action in order to minimize reoccurrence.
Perform any other duties as required or assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication skills and able to work independently.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
