Job Responsibility

You will assist and train in the QS department in the following job scopes:

Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on Site reports
Cost Estimation and Budgeting
Cost Control and Monitoring
Review and Analyze Supplier/Subcontractor Quotations:
Research and Source Materials, Equipment, and Subcontractors
Final Account Settlement
Ensure Projects are Completed Within Budget and Maintain Quality
General Administration (Documentation & Filing)

Job Requirements

Possess minimum diploma or is currently studying in Quantity Surveying or any other similar field
Precise and attention to detail
Team Player
Is able to commute to office location
Fluent in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
