- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to present Star Travel’s services and solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and account agreements
- Convert leads into active corporate accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and account growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and ongoing sales opportunities in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s corporate travel segment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in the travel industry or corporate sales would be an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Confident in meeting clients and conducting sales presentations
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Able to identify opportunities and convert prospects into business accounts
- Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings when required
