Job Description

Responsible to customer’s enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone and email.
Handling customer questions, feedback and complaints
To perform payment collection and monitor customer payment term and credit limit.
Maintain and improve existing sales
Develop new customer
Communicate clearly on customer’s requirement

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in others or equivalent
Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 5-10 years (S)of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Will be more advantage if have experience in Plastic Company
Required Skill(s) Positive working attitude
Strong ability to multitask, high initiative and good communication on skills
Able to do multi task
Must have own transport
