Position: Manager Process
📍 Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia
📅 Contract Duration: long term
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across Process engineering discipline
- Support design review, validation, and ensure quality of deliverables
- Participate in discipline workshops to support project deliverables approval
- Supervise Process team and ensure schedule and quality compliance
- Review and approve engineering deliverables (datasheets, specifications, vendor documents)
- Review PFDs, P&IDs, heat & material balance, and process calculations
- Ensure process safety and operability and support HAZID / HAZOP studies
- Evaluate hydrogen production technologies and validate performance
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards (ISO, API, ASME)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Interface with client, EPC contractor, and authorities
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Registered with BEM or recognized professional body
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Strong experience in:
- Quantitative Risk Assessment
- HAZID / HAZOP / SIL studies
- Projects involving hazardous environments
- Based in Sarawak or eligible for Sarawak working permit
Additional Information
- Full-time on-site role in Kuching (no remote work)
- Candidates will be required to support activities at client and stakeholder locations when needed
- Candidates are expected to use their own working equipment (laptop/software)
