About The Role

As a Mandarin-speaking Purchasing Assistant, you will coordinate with suppliers from the China market, including inquiries, price negotiation, and order follow-up, while also supporting basic accounting tasks such as payment data entry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, price comparison, and supplier coordination
  • Maintain and update purchasing records and supplier databases
  • Assist with invoice verification and ensure documents match purchase orders
  • Support payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Assist in general administrative and basic accounting tasks when required (e.g. documentation, data entry)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
  • /
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of purchasing processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
  • Microsoft Excel Adobe Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
