We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support procurement operations, including supplier coordination, purchase order processing, and inventory-related purchasing activities.

Job Scope :

1. Manage purchase order preparation and procurement documentation

2. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods

3. Update and maintain purchasing records in the system

4. Support inventory replenishment planning based on stock requirements

5. Support daily purchasing and admin tasks

Requirements:

1. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / system)

2. Responsible and well-organized

3. Good communication skills

4. Training will be provided

5. Able to communicate in Chinese , English and Malay
