Main Tasks:
Support ongoing projects and daily operations within your assigned department
Assist in research, data gathering, and analysis to support business decisions
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, or customer outcomes
Ensure compliance with BASF’s safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements:
Able to commit a 6-month internship
Students of bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource, Business Administration or any related disciplines
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and sustainability
A good team player with high level of maturity and independence
