Main Tasks:
Support daily operations and contribute to key projects within your assigned function
Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Participate in process improvement initiatives and propose innovative ideas
Engage in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Ensure compliance with BASF’s safety, quality, and sustainability standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resource and etc.)
Fresh graduate or with up to 1 year of working experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment
