The Role
You'll own end-to-end operations across industrial park development - from infrastructure and utilities through to leasing, compliance, and commercial delivery.
- Unify cross-functional teams across infrastructure, utilities, and commercial activities to hit quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Evaluate and approve project proposals covering land development, infrastructure works, and tenant requirements
- Act as the operational anchor across business units, resolving critical issues and keeping projects on track
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and structured talent development
- Develop and oversee SOPs, technical standards, and knowledge frameworks across the division
- Strengthen relationships with regulatory authorities, utility providers, and government bodies
- Embed innovation, sustainability, and tenant-centric thinking into industrial park design and delivery
What We're Looking For
A technically strong, commercially minded leader ready to own the room at C-suite level.
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- At least 15 years' industry experience, with 5 or more years in a senior management capacity at a large property developer
- Solid track record across development and investment projects in complex building environments
- Confident reading financial statements - including NPV and cash flow models - for project feasibility
- Working knowledge of quantity surveying, contract management, and building materials
- Strong grasp of property development regulations and environmental compliance requirements
- A decisive, principled leader with sharp problem-solving skills
