Key Responsibilities
- Assist trainers in preparing and conducting training programmes at different locations.
- Accompany trainers to travel for training sessions when required.
- Provide on-site support during training sessions, including participant registration, attendance tracking, and coordination.
- Assist in preparing training materials, equipment, and venue arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth training execution.
- Maintain training records, attendance lists, feedback forms, and related documentation.
- Support post-training activities such as collecting feedback and preparing reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to training programmes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Management, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel for training assignments when required.
- Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
