To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes,
Defects data entry and tracking
Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
Minimum SPM.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

Experience in the supervision and coordination of construction activities - landed residential project. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
