Job Descriptions:

  • To Assist and carry out general administration and office operation functions at the project site.
  • To coordinate between the project site and HQ office.
  • To manage document control such as filing, scanning, general paperwork, etc.
  • Assists in the preparation and compilation of weekly/monthly reports;
  • Attend site meeting and verify progress report.
  • Assists in the recording of meeting file notes and minutes, 
  • Defects data entry and tracking
  • Compiles defects report for CCM and management meetings.
  • To carry out quality control of contractor's performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship and construction details.
  • Supervise, monitor and coordinate all daily site activities and adhere to document control procedure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records including approvals, work progress, inspection reports, drawings and other related documentation.
  • Any others assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Computer literate (MS Office & MS Excel).

  • Able to work independently, good communication and self-starter
  • Experience in the supervision and coordination of construction activities - landed residential project. Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
