Job Description

Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programs.
Liaise with consultants and coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the project.
Conduct inspections and checking on works.
Ensure and control the quality of work done and comply with specifications or requirement.
Ensure the contractors and workers working in safe conditions or environment.
Control the materials use or supply with minimum wastage.
Record the site activities daily.

Job Requirement

Applicant must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in renovation/construction work.
Able to work under pressure, stay over night at site, self initiative, reliable and committed.
Preferably Male candidate and possess own transport, able to go outstation with short notice.
