**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in sourcing and procuring raw materials, supplies, and equipment required for operations.

- Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier information, and inventory levels.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.

- Liaise with vendors to resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or pricing.

- Support supplier evaluation and performance review processes.

- Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers under supervision.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with other departments such as production, finance, and logistics for smooth procurement activities.

**Objectives:**

- Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production without overstocking.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with reliable suppliers.

- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing and negotiation.

- Contribute to the overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the procurement process.

**Required Skills:**

- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to analyze supplier options and evaluate quotations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (ERP systems preferred).

- Basic financial knowledge related to budgeting and cost analysis.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or related fields.
