Job Position : Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

Cost & Budget Management

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Monitor project costs and cash flow
  • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
  • Evaluate variation orders (VO) and claims

Contract Administration

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Handle contractual correspondence and documentation
  • Manage extension of time (EOT) and contractual claims

Measurement & Valuation

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ)
  • Carry out site measurements and progress valuations
  • Verify subcontractor claims and invoices

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain proper project records and documentation
  • Prepare cost reports and progress reports
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
