To request quotation from suppliers/sub-contractor and evaluate the proposal as well as negotiate terms to secure cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
Implementing all aspects of QS services from Pre to Post Contract including submission of progress claim, variation order and completion of Final Account
To manage and co-ordinate projects related contractual matters.
Supervise on-site works and ensure that they are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and achieve quality aspect.
Work closely with main-contractors on project progress, deliverables and timeframe.
Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies and etc.).
Other ad-hoc tasks within the Quantity Surveyor's capability.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in construction industry or relevant field.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Project Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
