Setting quality standards, customer reviews and responding to complaints.
Setting the production SOP for each product, incoming material inspection, self-inspection, finished product inspection
Coordinating quality assurance activities to ensure all incoming and outgoing products are conforming to specified standards
Ensuring all documents pertaining to quality is kept up to date
Handle customer complaints, propose corrective and preventive measures for customer complaints and supervise the implementation
Ensuring all measuring instruments are calibrated up to date, be responsible for maintenance and inspection records, and submit scrapping, damage reports, and purchase requests.
Qualification :-
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, engineering and automation or related majors, able to communicate in English
At least 2 years or more in a quality control
Be familiar with production process and quality standards, exceptions handling, analytical skills, understand drawings, proficient in Office software
Careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, excellent leadership, good logical judgment, communication and coordination skills and high teamwork spirit.
Mandarin speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders from Taiwan / China.
