Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate project work on-site.
Assist Engineer and technician in documentation and on-site work.
Liaise with technicians, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as site reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
Assist in supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Provide support in handling emergency breakdowns and troubleshooting.
Conduct site inspections and report any issues or improvement areas.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma/Certificate or relevant technical qualifications.
2 years of experience in project, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge or skills in Air-conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation (ACMV) is highly desirable.
Good understanding of local safety regulations and site safety practices.
Able and willing to travel.
Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
