Cons: Career growth is pretty much nonexistent without a lot of self-advocacy. There aren't clear promotion tracks for software development roles in the Kuala Lumpur office. You're often stuck doing the same thing for years if you don't push hard.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career development plans and provide more opportunities for internal advancement, especially for those in software engineering roles. It would help retain talent in Malaysia.

Pros: The actual tech work is good here. I've learned a ton on enterprise software projects as a Software Engineer. Teammates in the Kuala Lumpur office are really supportive.
Cons: Leadership often seems out of touch. They don't always get our technical issues. Getting clear direction for agile development sprints is tough.
Advice to Management: Engage more with the engineering teams. Try to understand the details before making big decisions. Better communication would help everyone.
