Pros: Work-life balance here is generally decent, especially in the Newtown Square, PA office. For Software Developer roles, you usually hit your 40-hour weeks, and the hybrid work model is a huge plus. We get flexible Fridays, which really helps unwind.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines for enterprise software can get crazy, forcing late nights. It's not always consistent across teams, and some managers still push for more than is reasonable. On-call rotations can also disrupt personal time.
