Reckitt: Work-life balance is okay, but tough
Pros: You gain solid experience in the FMCG industry. The hybrid work model is a huge perk for us in the Parsippany, NJ office. It helps a lot to balance home life with corporate demands.
Cons: The workload for a Supply Chain Analyst can be pretty heavy. It's not uncommon to put in 45+ hours, especially during peak times. Sometimes it's hard to truly disconnect from work emails and tasks.
Advice to Management: Try to manage expectations around workload better, especially for roles like Supply Chain Analyst. More consistent resource allocation would help.

Tough Hours for Brand Managers in Corporate
Pros: You learn a ton, especially in fast-paced **consumer goods** marketing. There's good exposure to global initiatives. They do offer some flexibility for **hybrid work** when projects allow.
Cons: Work-life balance here is a real struggle. As a **Brand Manager**, you're often working 55-60 hour weeks. It's a demanding **corporate** environment with constant pressure to deliver from the **Parsippany, NJ** office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to prioritize employee well-being more. Seriously look at staffing levels and project load to avoid burnout in key roles.

Hybrid Model Works Okay for Brand Managers
Pros: I liked the hybrid work setup; it gives you some breathing room. As a Brand Manager, I appreciated not being stuck in the Parsippany office five days a week. It helps manage errands and appointments.
Cons: The required office days feel a bit rigid sometimes. It's not truly flexible if specific days are mandatory. For a large corporate CPG industry role, I wish there was more WFH choice.
Advice to Management: Give teams more autonomy on office days, or consider expanding fully remote options for certain roles. True flexibility would make a big difference.
