Leadership has good intentions, needs execution
Pros: They really care about the product vision in the car subscription space. The leadership team is pretty approachable, especially in the Madrid office; you can usually talk to them directly about ideas. It's good for learning new tech stacks if you're proactive in the mobility sector.
Cons: Follow-through from leadership can be weak; decisions often change after big meetings. Communication from the top down isn't always clear, especially for remote employees trying to understand project priorities. Sometimes there's a real disconnect between high-level strategy and our daily engineering tasks.
Advice to Management: Focus on consistent communication, especially when project priorities shift. Empower team leads more to execute decisions made at the top. Make sure strategic goals translate clearly into actionable steps for the engineering teams.

Solid Startup Vibe, But Room to Improve
Pros: The team is super friendly, especially within the engineering department. There's a good sense of camaraderie, which helps a lot when things get stressful. They do try to make the remote experience good, even for those of us in the Madrid office.
Cons: Communication can be tough. There's not always clear direction from leadership, which impacts the overall company culture. It feels like the right hand doesn't always know what the left is doing, especially across different teams.
Advice to Management: Work on improving internal communication and providing clearer vision. A more consistent approach to team management would really boost morale and productivity across the board.

Remote Work is Okay, Needs Better Structure
Pros: It's great being able to work remotely as a Software Engineer. The initial setup for WFH was pretty solid, and it helps manage personal life a lot. You get some flexibility with your hours if you're hitting deadlines.
Cons: There's not always clear guidance on remote processes, which can make things tough. Sometimes you feel a bit disconnected from the team, especially in the Madrid office. More structure around async communication would really help.
Advice to Management: Really define remote work guidelines better. Invest in tools and practices that help distributed teams stay connected and effective, especially for the Software Engineer roles.

Decent startup, but job security is a worry.
Pros: Being a Customer Success Specialist here let me learn a ton about the car subscription industry. The remote work option from Barcelona was super convenient, which is a big plus. Pay was okay for a startup, honestly.
Cons: Job security felt really low after a big reorg, especially for customer support roles. It's a startup environment, so you can't really count on things staying the same. There's always a fear of sudden changes or layoffs.
Advice to Management: Be more transparent about company direction and strategy, especially when big changes are coming. Supporting employees better through transitions would really help with morale and reduce anxiety.
