Decent learning curve, but career path can be fuzzy
Pros: You get solid exposure to corporate reporting and ESG strategy, which is great for junior communications consultants. I learned a lot about stakeholder engagement. Working with big regional clients in the Singapore office really helps build your resume.
Cons: Career growth isn't well-defined here, which is tough for communications roles. There aren't clear pathways for advancement once you hit a certain point. Promotions feel slow, even if you perform well, probably because it's a mid-sized agency.
Advice to Management: Develop clearer career progression plans and communicate them openly. It would really help with retaining talent in the communications roles, especially for junior staff.

Decent place, but culture needs a refresh.
Pros: The teams are really collaborative, especially on big corporate reporting projects. I found colleagues in the Singapore office to be super supportive, which is a huge plus. There's a decent sense of community among the consultants.
Cons: The "old-school" vibe can be tough. It sometimes feels like a very traditional boutique consulting firm. Decision-making can be slow, and there isn't much opportunity for a hybrid work setup, which is a big miss for me.
Advice to Management: Consider embracing a more modern approach to work flexibility and decision-making processes. It would really help attract and retain talent in the APAC region for future brand communications roles.
