Pros: Quantios has a decent hybrid model; I get to work remote from home a couple of days. It helps a lot with the San Francisco commute. For us Software Engineer roles, it's better than full-time onsite.
Cons: The 'flexibility' isn't really flexible; it's a fixed 3 days in the office, no real wiggle room. It can be tough when you need more WFH days. Wish they'd trust us more to get work done.
Advice to Management: Management should consider loosening up the hybrid policy a bit. Give teams more freedom to decide their in-office days based on project needs, not just a blanket rule.
