Okay for CDN Work, Culture Needs Boost
Pros: Working here as a Technical Support Engineer, I've learned a ton about CDN technology and web performance. The remote work arrangement gives me solid work flexibility. My immediate team members are really helpful and supportive.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit spread thin with so many global teams; it's tough to feel truly connected. Communication from leadership can sometimes be unclear due to time zones. Sometimes it feels like there's a lack of direction.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more unified company culture across the global teams. Improve communication from leadership, maybe with more regular, centralized updates. It'd help everyone feel more connected.
