Leadership is okay, but needs work
It's a stable company if you're looking for job security, but don't expect fast changes or strong visionary leadership.
The company's pretty stable, which is nice for job security. My direct team was solid. The products in the HVAC industry are well-regarded. It's a steady, onsite corporate environment.
Leadership is often really slow with decisions. This is tough as a Product Manager. There's not a lot of clear vision from the top. It sometimes feels like we're just reacting.
Try to be more decisive and communicate a clearer strategic vision. Empower your teams to innovate without getting bogged down in too many approval layers.
