Okay culture, but room to grow for a Recruiter
Pros: The team is decent, especially in the Hong Kong office. You'll learn a lot about talent acquisition and the recruitment industry here. It's a solid place to start your career as a Recruitment Consultant.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit rigid sometimes. There's not much work-life balance when targets are high, which is common in a sales-driven environment. Hybrid setup is okay, but it still feels very corporate.
Advice to Management: Try to loosen up a bit with the company culture, let teams have more autonomy to foster a better environment.

Decent place, but culture needs a boost
Pros: I liked the steady flow of candidates for staffing solutions; it kept me busy as a Recruitment Consultant. The pay is solid for the Hong Kong recruitment industry, especially with commissions. There's good exposure to different clients, which helps build your network fast.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit disjointed, especially in the Hong Kong office. It's tough to build strong team bonds. There isn't much focus on internal team building or social events, which makes it feel less like a community.
Advice to Management: Focus more on team activities and fostering a sense of community. Invest in company-wide social events for the different regional offices; it would really help morale and collaboration.

Okay Work-Life Balance, Can Be Demanding
Pros: You get decent vacation time, which is a plus for work-life balance. The hybrid work setup really helps, especially for those longer days in the Hong Kong office.
Cons: Your work-life balance here is heavily tied to your individual client portfolio. Some weeks, it's not a true 40-hour week in the recruitment industry; client demands often mean working late.
Advice to Management: Try to implement clearer boundaries for after-hours work. Support consultants better when client loads are really high to prevent burnout.
