Leadership tries hard, but needs to listen more

It's an okay place to work, especially if you're looking for autonomy as a Marketing Analyst. Leadership has good intentions, but there's a disconnect that impacts career growth and overall communication.

Pros

You get a lot of autonomy as a Marketing Analyst here. Management trusts you to get your work done, especially being a remote employee. It's a decent setup for experienced digital marketing pros.

Cons

Leadership can be pretty disconnected from day-to-day client services work. Feedback loops feel broken sometimes, so it's hard to feel truly heard. There's not much transparency on bigger company decisions within this mid-sized company.

Advice to Management

Try to open up more direct communication channels between senior leadership and individual contributors. Regular anonymous feedback sessions could help bridge that gap, especially for remote teams.

Good team, but culture needs real work
Pros: You'll find some genuinely great colleagues here. Team members are pretty supportive, especially for other marketing specialist roles. There's a decent sense of camaraderie within my team, even being remote.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit cliquey at times. It's hard to feel fully integrated if you're not in a specific group. Management doesn't always foster a truly inclusive environment across the whole digital marketing agency. It's tough to get clear communication.
Advice to Management: Work on creating a more unified company culture. Encourage more cross-team interaction for remote employees. Open up communication channels.
