Pros: The starting salary for a Junior Software Engineer in Kuala Lumpur was actually quite competitive. They offer basic health insurance too, which is a solid perk in the tech industry. My base pay felt fair initially.
Cons: The bonus structure isn't clear or very consistent, especially for a mid-sized engineering firm. Pay raises are super slow; I didn't see much movement on that front. Also, the dental and vision benefits package felt pretty minimal.
Advice to Management: Please review the compensation and benefits package, especially for your engineering roles. Clearer bonus structures and better health benefits would really help with employee retention for this kind of company. Show more
