Pros: The best part about Briefly is the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup in the creator economy. The remote-first work arrangement is a huge plus, offering fantastic flexibility and work-life balance. The team is generally very supportive and collaborative, making it a pleasant place to work daily. You really get to learn a lot about the industry.
Cons: As with many growing companies, communication can sometimes be a bit challenging. Information doesn't always flow perfectly, and project priorities can shift quickly, which can be a bit jarring. Sometimes, it feels like there's a lack of clear process for certain operational tasks, leading to minor inefficiencies. More structured career progression paths would also be beneficial.
