We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support month-end closing and reporting
- Assist in processing import documents
Requirements:
- Min at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinses is preferred.
