POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE (IMPORT&EXPORT)
LOCATION : PORT KLANG-HQ
SALARY : RM2500 – RM3,500 / MONTH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines.
- Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process
- Able to Handle Air / Sea Outbound LCL/FCL/Nomination Shipments.
- Liaise With carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers.
- Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers.
- Ability to anticipate & identify problem. Analyses problem systematically and resolve problem with effective solutions or alternatives.
- Support and work closely with fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow and timely executive of our customer’s supply chain.
- Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking / haulage.
- Follow up with agent and consignee for the incoming shipments and ensure shipment moving smoothly.
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (e.g.: delivery order / bill of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or Advanced / Higher/ Fresh Graduate, Diploma in Marketing, Logistic / transportation or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in shipping & forwarding industries, especially Freight Forwarding.
- Required skill(s): Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, self-disciplines, computer literate, presentation preparation and report.
- Good command in English, Mandarin & Malay speaking (both written and oral)
