Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support to employees.
- Assist in setting up computers, printers, and other devices.
- Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues.
- Help maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
- Support system updates, installations, and data backup activities.
- Assist with documentation and administrative IT tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the IT Department.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
