Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to air and sea freight shipments, including booking, tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, customs) to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents: AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on delays or changes.
- Resolve service issues, complaints, and discrepancies with professionalism and urgency.
- Liaise with airline, shipping lines, and third-party vendors for space booking and cargo handling.
- Ensure compliance with IATA,IMO and local customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's logistics system or CRM platform.
- Prepare costing breakdowns and quotations upon receiving RFQs from customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Comply with ASTF's established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
