We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other trade contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate daily records of manpower deployment, work completed, material deliveries, transfers, and site activities.
• Monitor and record workers' attendance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
• Attend site inspections, progress meetings, and coordination meetings, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating resources to minimize delays and maintain project productivity.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and manage site workers effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to monitor progress and meet project timelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certification or diploma in construction, engineering, or a related field.
