Job Requirement & Responsibilities:
- Fresh Graduate /Diploma /Degree in related field
- Prefer specialized in interior design background.
- To be involved in pre-contract and post-contract management.
- Documentation and processing of cost analysis from various supplier and vendors,
- Summary scope of tender, sourcing of new suppliers and sub-contractor.
- Check claim and quotation from contractors and suppliers and report any anomalies.
- To monitor all variation orders (VO) are well recorded and claimed.
- Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Auto Cad and etc.
- Able to speak and write English, Chinese & Malay.
- Possess own transport.
