As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our passionate team and help strengthen our engagement with SMEs, business associations, and corporate partners across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue financing opportunities within government, GLC, and PLC contract networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process—from application to disbursement.
- Provide tailored financial advisory on Commerze Capital’s range of financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, accurate reporting, and client satisfaction.
- Represent Commerze Capital at industry events, networking sessions, and business forums.
- Contribute to achieving company sales goals and business growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, SME banking, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of SME financing, supply chain, or trade-related financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
