Join our Recruitment Team as a Talent Sourcing Intern and get first-hand experience in the fast-paced world of high-volume recruitment. You’ll learn how to source, screen, and engage candidates — working closely with our recruiters who specialize in hiring couriers for one of Malaysia’s leading e-commerce logistics partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist recruiters in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Learn how to conduct initial candidate screenings via calls and chats.
- Help manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Support in maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers.
- Work alongside experienced recruiters and gain insights into end-to-end recruitment processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Eager to learn about talent sourcing, recruitment, and the HR industry.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
